These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Goo Goo Retail Ltd. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction via secure server or by *. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch & Maestro If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
The web price includes VAT at 20% unless a product is zero rated e.g baby clothes
Products, prices and content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary. In the case of handmade items such as baby clothes bouquets and clothes cupcakes, the product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ very slightly from the actual product.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) * and are inclusive of UK VAT * at the current rate unless clearly stated.
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.
Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.
We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Goo Goo Retail Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
Comments, complaints and reviews

We welcome comments back about our products and service although we retain the right to not publish any reviews that we feel are incorrect or unfair.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges - The Goo Goo Guarantee
All Goo Goo Gifts are inspected before they are despatched. If the products arrive defective or damaged we will exchange the product or offer a refund
- You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
- You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.
- We cannot refund the cost of the original postage as this is charged at cost by googoogifts and we cannot claim it back from Royal Mail or our couriers
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from googoogifts.co.uk and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);
- Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day
- Contact us via Email or in writing
- Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
- All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
- We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail recorded signed for delivery. It you have decided not to keep the product i.e cancel the contract then unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the original postage or the return postage. However in the highly unlikely event that the goods are faulty then we will refund postage.
- If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
- Full returns address with telephone number and email address.
- If you believe the item has been damaged or broken in transit, please take a photo of the item and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can claim compensation from the courier in question
