Delivery, Returns and Refunds Policy
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible but please allow 3 working days for standard delivery from placing your order. This allows for picking, packing and processing your order, however we'll aim to despatch your goo goo gift as soon as possible. If our express delivery option has been selected, orders are sent out the same day, for next day delivery (orders received before 3pm). All orders are shipped either by Hermes tracked Courier service or Royal Mail signed for' service. For orders shipped by Hermes courier, the courier will either attempt to deliver on three occaisions or the parcel will be left in a secure location or possibly with a neighbour. If this is the case a card will be left by the courier. For Royal Mail deliveries, if no one is available, you will be left a card and the goods will be returned to the Royal Mail depot. Please contact us if you'd like to know the courier service for your delivery or you'd like the tracking number. We are happy to send to a work or alternative address if required
Standard UK Delivery Only £3.95 (3 working days)
Our standard delivery option is £3.95 and is available to standard UK mainland* addresses and BFPO via Royal Mail recorded signed for 2nd class post or Hermes courier service. 3 days allows for picking, packing and processing your order, however we'll aim to despatch your Goo Goo gift as soon as possible. In the event that our couriers cannot deliver your item (as there is no one at home), the courier will either attemp to deliver the item again on two subsequent occaisions or leave the item in a secure location or with a neighbour. If this is the case then the courier will leave a card informing the recipient where the parcel is.

Express Next Day Delivery £8.95
Next working day delivery is available to UK mainland* addresses for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. In some cases we can accept orders after this time up to 4.30pm for next day - please call us on 01306 879716 to check first and we will endevour to make the next day deadline for Royal Mail. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday or on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless next day Saturday Guarantee is selected (see below) and orders placed during the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered on the following Wednesday. Please note that Next Day delivery requires a signature. For your convenience you can select an alternate delivery address during checkout. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day**.

Additional Delivery Information
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods for any reason we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges - The Goo Goo Guarantee
All Goo Goo Gifts are inspected before they are despatched. If the products arrive defective or damaged we will exchange the product or offer a refund
- You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
- You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.
- We cannot refund the cost of the original postage as this is charged at cost by googoogifts and we cannot claim it back from Royal Mail
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from googoogifts.co.uk and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);
- Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day
- Contact us via Email or in writing
- Please complete the details on the returns note, supplied with goods
- Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
- All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
- We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail recorded signed for delivery. It you have decided not to keep the product i.e cancel the contract then unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the original postage or the return postage. However in the highly unlikely event that the goods are faulty then we will refund postage.
- If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
