Next working day delivery is available to UK mainland* addresses for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. In some cases we can accept orders after this time up to 3.30pm for next day - please call us on 01306 879716 to check first and we will endevour to make the next day deadline for Royal Mail. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday or on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless next day Saturday Guarantee is selected and orders placed during the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered on the following Wednesday. Please note that Next Day delivery requires a signature. For your convenience you can select an alternate delivery address during checkout. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day**.

Standard UK Delivery Only £3.95 (3-4 working days)
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible but please allow 3 -4 working days for standard delivery from placing your order. This allows for picking, packing and processing your order. Our standard delivery option is £3.95 and is available to standard UK mainland* addresses via Hermes courier service.
In the event that our couriers cannot deliver your item (as there is no one at home), the courier will either attemp to deliver the item again on two subsequent occaisions or leave the item in a secure location or with a neighbour. If this is the case then the courier will leave a card informing the recipient where the parcel is. If you would like the courier to leave your parcel in a specific place, you can add these details during the checkout process. Please contact us if you'd like to know the courier service for your delivery or you'd like the tracking number.

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery for delivery within 48 hours of ordering and a signature is required. If no one is available, you will be left a card and the goods will be returned to the local Royal Mail depot. You will be able to arrange a re-delivey if you are unable to collect the item by contacting the number on the card. Additional Delivery Information
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods for any reason we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
